Data / Analytics Engineer mentoring
From middle to senior on real tasks. Architecture review, code review, career growth.
We meet for 60–90 minutes every two weeks. You bring a real task: a debate with the team over a data model, a PR the reviewer stopped, a plan for the quarter. I don't solve the task for you — I give you a frame, so you solve it and recognise the pattern next time.
We review the architectures you design. We review the code you ship. We talk through conversations with colleagues, your manager, interviews. You get feedback that is hard to hear from a direct manager — because I don't have to grade you.
I take a limited number of mentees at a time. Priority goes to Data / Analytics Engineers on the middle → senior or senior → staff transition. Sessions run in Russian only — I speak faster and more precisely in my native language.

- Deliverables
- A personal 3–6 month development plan, regular sessions with task reviews, written feedback after each session, access to my ADR templates and architecture write-ups.
- Format
- Online (Zoom or Meet), 60–90 minute sessions every 2 weeks.

- 3–6 months, extensions by agreement.
